   Step done of tumblr cake!

   Well, kind of… I added some candied coffee raisins after this picture. If you squint, it looks like the tumblr iPhone app icon.

   The ‘t’ is made from caramelized apples. The frosting/glaze is made from Greek yogurt, honey, brown sugar, and blue food coloring.

   If for whatever reason this one isn’t fit for consumption tomorrow, I have the other half of the honey cake completely untouched and ready to be frosted however Mel wants it.

   Far from perfect but fantastically delicious.

   one hundred pushups

   I’ve made it through the first 2 weeks of one hundred pushups without much difficulty.  I was able to do 33 consecutive pushups during my exhaustion test at the end of week 2, which is at least 10 more than I’ve ever done in a row before.  Admittedly that isn’t the largest gain, but for not seriously excersizing for uh… years, I feel pretty accomplished.

   My wimpy arms look basically the same, but my left arm finally feels like it’s balanced in terms of strength to my right.  Awesome!

   I’m planning on recording my 100 attempt and sharing it, no matter the outcome.  Look for that towards the end of September. :D

    2nd form letter I’ve received from the Middleton PD about doing 33 in the 25 right outside my apartment. I can def dig a little neighborly spying, but if MPD gives a shit, why don’t they just put an officer out there instead of two upper-middle class white male geriatrics in lawn chairs who tempt me to drive faster because I know they have no power of consequence?
